Day 1 Why I started a vegan diet.

After my third heart attack, my doctor told me to lose weight or die (very subtle).  My wife bought me a gym membership and trainer for my birthday the next week.  We were leaving for my wife's class reunion so my trainer asked me to read "Eat to Live" while I was gone.  I started the diet 3 days before we left and lose weight right away.  I was hooked.  I will tell you about mr journey and share any recipes I come across.  Stay posted!
